The Sword Series S50 laser system adopts a sealed housing design, achieving an IP65 rating for dust and water protection. To ensure efficient heat dissipation of laser diodes during operation, indium is used to fill the microscopic gaps between laser diodes and the heat sink. By precise thermal power calculation and rational design of the heat sink area and bottom radiator structure, excellent heat dissipation performance is realized. This greatly improves the operational stability of the laser and significantly reduces maintenance requirements. Each internal module of the laser unit is equipped with an independent power supply to enhance circuit stability. Built with an FB4 interface, the S50 supports multiple control options including DMX, and direct PC control via Ethernet (compatible with QuickShow and BEYOND software). Safety features include a European-standard remote emergency stop switch and a physical shutter. This system is suitable for a wide range of professional projects, especially medium and large-scale stage performances, large disco venues and various large party environments.
